Problem with getting message(secret code) abroad

Hello I am abroad right now, so my plan has been on hold since last June. Yesterday, I changed my plan to sign in my cra account by signing in partner using text me. Maybe I am not in Canada, not getting secret code by text. Could you help with this please?

Hi ​@hdhdhdh, are you getting service at all? Try to scan manually for available networks and test each one to see if you can get a connection. You can find this option in Settings > Cellular > Network selection. Toggle off Automatic and wait a few moments for the available networks to populate then test.
