i just joined koodo phone plan two days ago, and i have been having problem adding the free perk - unlimited long distrance. keep having error message. please help.

We’ve tried to add the perk from our end but we got the same error. We have submitted a request for the perk to be added by the dedicated team in the backend. This will take up to 3 business days. Pleease note that the perk will be effective as of next billing cycle.
