problem adding free perk

i just joined koodo phone plan two days ago, and i have been having problem adding the free perk - unlimited long distrance.  keep having error message.  please help.

We’ve tried to add the perk from our end but we got the same error. We have submitted a request for the perk to be added by the dedicated team in the backend. This will take up to 3 business days. Pleease note that the perk will be effective as  of next billing cycle.

Did you try clearing the cache and cookies on your browser?

Hi there,

have you tried to add the perk by using a different browser, clearing your cache or cookies, trying using a different device or using an incognito tab?

If you tried all those and it does not work, I can see if a rep on here can add the perk on their end.

Make sure you’re logged into the community using your self serve credentials and a rep should be able to take a look.

If they’re unable to add the perk, they can reach out to their technical team to add it. They will respond here as we have. 🙂

Also, Flo, i joined the plan from a referral.  i got an email that on sunday evening Feb 1 that the refer-a-friend credit is pending approval, and i still have not received a confirmation for approval.  can you double check for me too?  much appreciated.
