Koodo do not price match other service providers. This is the same as the other providers policies.

If you wish to potentially have a lower price as you’re tempted to leave, you need to schedule a callback with a rep through Koodo assist and speak to their loyalty dept / retention team to see if they can offer you a credit or a cheaper plan.

Alternatively, you can also check what other plans are available to you in self serve when you go to manage your plan. There may be cheaper ones available for you to switch to.

Also make sure that the offer is as stands and doesn’t require you to buy additional services as most big carrier deals like that do. (Internet, additional lines, etc)
