Prepaid - Data Booster no longer showing

Issue: Data booster usage not showing  (prepaid)

I purchased a 1GB data booster on May 11.  It showed under usage.  I have purchased them in the past have never had an issue.    I checked it they other day it showed correctly.   I went to check it tonight, and it’s not even showing at all.  I can see the Minutes addon, but not data.

Under Data usage:  it is only showing up to May 19th (today is May 21).  I have no way of telling how much is left.

Prior to today, it showed the following
Minutes: 100 (0 used)
Data 500mb:  2mb left
Data 1gb:  (can’t remember how much was used but it wasn’t too much)

We have limited access to prepaid accounts here on community.

Have you tried clearing cache and cookies in the browser and see if this shows up?
