I added premium voicemail to my business phone and now voicemails are all going through as text messages with audio clips. Just wondering if I can change settings so it doesn’t do that.

Premium voicemail- does it have to go through text messages?

+4That’s one of the features of premium voicemail and I don’t believe you can choose to turn it off.
You could block the number the sends you the MMS with the voicemails in it and that would prevent them from coming through while maintaining the extra space in your voicemail box.
You should still be able to call your voicemail to check on them.
