Just wanted to give a shout-out to Bernadette! Yesterday I called Koodo and got a man on the line who said he was going to put me on a brief hold to confirm my account… and never came back. since you have to wait for a callback, I was annoyed and hung on the line. 30 minutes later, I got Bernadette. She was lovely!!! So worth the wait. She went out of her way to help me with my plan issue and I got it all resolved. Thank you, Bernadette! Will do a survey if it comes through but if it doesn’t, here’s to you!
