I have an account with Koodo that has 2 active numbers. I want to port out one of them which means that the other will stay active with Koodo and the account will stay active.
if I receive a winback deal from Koodo, can Koodo port me back to the same account since it is still active ? or it has to be a new account.

It depends on the offer you get, in case you get winback offer, but technically, it should be possible to get the same number on your existing Koodo account.

I was able to port it back to the same account since I had another active line (account was not cancelled), it was a winback call.
