Plan/add-on changes

The email I received after I signed up for the 14 day Europe easy Rome pass, states that I may only have partial minutes and partial data until my bill cycle resets on April 11… what does this mean????  I don’t want to see a huge bill when I get home as this wasn’t stated when I signed up.

The email is a general notice you receive after changing your plan and/or your add-ons. It informs you about the possibility of proration, more on that here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/why-your-koodo-bill-may-be-higher-than-you-expected

As you’ve not changed your plan and the Easy Roam pass is not subject to proration the notice does not apply. You will have access to your plan as usual while roaming. Here is more information on how the Easy Roam passes work https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/europe-easy-roam-travel-passes
