What was the specific error that you saw? have you tried to clear the cache of the web browser or use a different device to see if that can help?

Check if you have the right add-on foundation first. Based on how Koodo's system works, the Unlimited Long Distance perk sometimes requires the Pay Per Use Long Distance add-on to be active underneath it, even though the perk itself is free. It sounds backwards, but that's how it's set up.

So before trying to add the perk again, pop into your account and verify you actually have "Pay Per Use Long Distance" showing under your add-ons. If it's missing, you might need to add that first, then layer the perk on top of it.

Also worth checking: are you selecting "Manage perks" specifically (not just add-ons)? There's a difference in the self-serve menu, and using the wrong section could be why it's not sticking.

Let me know if either of those reveals anything new about what's happening on your account.

I did chnage the plan two days ago, and since then am not able to make any international calls. Tried to deselect and add the perk back again, but to no avail.

Do you think pay per use international roaming activation would be of any help?

Since you changed your plan recently, the perk settings may have reset. Try this: go to Self Serve, select "Mobile services," then "Manage plans and add-ons." Check if "Pay Per Use Long Distance" is still showing under your add-ons. If it disappeared after the plan change, re-add it first, then layer the perk on top.

If it's still there but the perk won't stick, this might need manual intervention. For this specific issue, I can flag a rep to help you out.
