Just changed to $45 for 75 GB of data a month on March 26, 2026 and unable to select the 10 additional GB of data per month as my perk. Need help from Koodo to correct this please.

Just changed to $45 for 75 GB of data a month on March 26, 2026 and unable to select the 10 additional GB of data per month as my perk. Need help from Koodo to correct this please. 

Does the 10GB perk show as an available option? What error are you seeing?

Try clearing your browser cookies and cache, then close it completely before logging back into Self Serve. Use incognito mode or switch to Chrome, Firefox, or Safari (latest versions). Wait 24-48 hours after changing your plan for everything to sync, then refresh the Profile > Perks section a few times. If that doesn’t work, check on another device or network. What browser and device are you using?

It has a check mark beside the 10 GB additional data already selected but when I proceed to confirm it does not recognize the free data on that line as a perk, in fact says no perk selected

Hi ​@Nettie1921, we’ve attempted to add the $0 10 GB Bonus Data perk to your *05 line and we’re getting an error as well. We’ve submitted a request to have our team add the perk on their end.

The perk should be provisioned to your account within 3 business days, thank you so much for your patience!

Using Safari. Will try what you’re suggesting but if that doesn’t work what should I try next?

Looks like the Koodo rep has put in a request to add the perk but it will take 3 business days

Excellent, thank you for your help. FYI, I cleared my browser but that did not correct the issue.
