Hey there,

Normally before going overseas I pause my plan calling Koodo but this time I forgot and I’m already here (I can’t call them since I’m already overseas)

Is there a way I can contact them like via email to ask them to pause my plan until I’m back? I only remembered now because I just got charged. Would I get refunded for the plan if I do so ?

You can contact Koodo through Facebook or Twitter private message. They will change your plan to the seasonal plan.


As for refund, there’s no promises. You can certain request a credit in difference for that time while you get in touch with them.
