Hi, I’m adding new line to my account.

quick questions
Can I buy SIM card from store first then add new line on online to avoid $50 setup fee, instead of waiting for SIM card in mail? but there is no way to remove SIM $5 from my cart…

Before completing the order, it asks me to confirm the shipping address and phone number for SIM card but my phone number is showing as (604) 111-1111  which is not my phone number.
should I just ignore that and go to next step?

When do I get to pick the phone number? I’ve done up to payment and next step is finish but no where asked me to pick my phone number yet.

No you either get the line instore for $50 or online for $5. You can't avoid paying koodo $5 to get the sim online.

 

You need to make sure you phone number and address are correct.

 

You do not get to pick your number. You will be assigned a number and you can change your number via self serve. Usually they give you an option of 3 or so numbers you can change to. I do not believe there is a number search option in self serve
