I just received an email saying that they noticed a billing undercharge for my Netflix, Disney + pkg & will be upping it to $34/mo when in fact it’s still $10 for promotion which started Dec 6-25 for 3 mo, make sure this is corrected

The solution for customers with Stream Plus Basic, is to change the plan in the Netflix account to Standard with ads, as the Stream Plus Basic version only includes this plan variant. This will make sure that you are within the Stream Plus Basic pricing and continue as such.
Edit: The change can be made through the Netflix Website.
