I am not getting Koodo network connection in India. I just landed today and there is no network from Koodo yet. I cant access my calls, texts and data. I have tried rebooting my cellphone many times but no success. My India number is working so its only an issue with Koodo. Please help!

Did you check in your self-serve that you have “International Voice Roaming” and “International Data Roaming” enabled? They should be added autommatically as part of selecting easy roam but sometimes it doesn’t work out. Do you also have automatic network selection enabled in your connection settings?
