Activated a line over the weekend over the phone, rep spelled my last name wrong AND gave me the wrong plan (gave me less data than we agreed upon). Said nothing can be done or changed until the SIM card is shipped.
SIM card shipped, called Koodo and rep on the phone supposedly corrected both issues. Said changes will reflect in about an hour. It’s been more like 30 hours, but none of the changes are reflected in my account.
How long does it really take? Should I call Koodo again tomorrow?
