None of the changes is reflected in my account

Activated a line over the weekend over the phone, rep spelled my last name wrong AND gave me the wrong plan (gave me less data than we agreed upon). Said nothing can be done or changed until the SIM card is shipped.

SIM card shipped, called Koodo and rep on the phone supposedly corrected both issues. Said changes will reflect in about an hour. It’s been more like 30 hours, but none of the changes are reflected in my account.

How long does it really take? Should I call Koodo again tomorrow?

Plan or account changes at Koodo typically take about an hour but can sometimes take up to 24-48 hours to fully reflect in your account after SIM activation or corrections. Since it’s been around 30 hours without updates, it’s reasonable to call Koodo again tomorrow to follow up and ensure the changes were properly applied. Persistent delays might require escalation for manual correction.
