No option to click to pay after order placed. how can i pay?

Order for new plan appears in cart although no option to click to pay.  I don’t need a new phone. I only want to change the plan. The page doesn’t give an option to click “next” or “continue” so i can pay for the order. It’s asking me for an order number, although I wasn't’ given one. How can I pay so I can complete this order online?

I guess you might have followed the wrong steps to change your plan. From your description, you were trying to get a phone and upgrade your plan at the same time.
