My New iPhone 14 PRO Max was purchased in the US and does NOT have a physical SIM. I just signed up with Koodo today. I was told by the guy at the mobile store I was going to get an email from Koodo containing a SIM that I could just scan with my phone. Hasn’t happened.  I went back to the store as I was told on the phone I needed to get a voucher from the store. The guy at the store said I should just set up my account on line and call again he did not have any voucher for me. HELP.

The store should have an esim voucher for you to scan. 


That’s really strange for a Koodo store to say that, because currently that is exactly how you get an esim from Koodo:

You have to get a physical printout with a QR code, and scan that QR code with your phone to get it.
