Hi team,

 

I don’t know how to approach you guys, and I won’t like this CC service you provide, I purchased one plan yesterday and after converting from physical sim to eSIM my number is not working . Please help me with this ASAP. I am facing lot of issue I can’t go outside without internet and phone calls.

We see that you discussed with the support team earlier today and as per the notes they advised on the steps to have your account re-activated. Just to double check, have you followed the steps they provided?

He asked me to send your documents account no  on email . Why should I share again I already shared my documents already at the time of activation of my new koddo sim.

please fix this issue ASAP. Other close my all services I don’t want to continue

You can scroll up to the top of the forum, you will see your profile at the top right of the forum page -→ click on it, --→ you will see your profile and “Private Messages”, choose the message and you will see the rep’s message.
