Interesting, thanks. I don’t see the offer on Koodo’s website, so I’m wondering if that is a QC plan as well. In fact, reading that post again, the third bullet point  actually spells it out even though the second doesn’t :(

One of the agent on a koodo store is willing to give me the same deal, but i have to pay the $50 activation fee, thats why, i am checking to see whether this can be done online. 

It depends. Are you in Quebec or have a Quebec number?

In that case you shouldn't be able to do it. You can login to your self serve to see if you have any special promo's set for your line. If you don't see the promo there then it shouldn't be available to you. When you go to the store, make sure they are not trying to sell you something different. Like a $15 credit for 12 months that makes the plan seem like $45 for 1 year only.
