Is Koodo home internet using the same modem for all plans? If you want to upgrade speed can you just go online and change your plan?

+4It is likely so. You don't pay for the modem though. Koodo rents the equipment to you based on the plan. So if the plan needs a different modem, they should send you another replacement.
