Koodo activated the wrong plan and I was about to schedule a callback but the conversation was closed AND no history of it

Hello,

 

The plan that I got activated on was implemented incorrectly. They gave me 4G instead of the one that I agreed to below

60GB at 5G speeds
Canada/US/MEX
$35/month
- $10 pre-authorized payment
- $5 for 12 months
- $80 activation fee

= $20/month for the first 12 months, $25/month after

It was a winback promo deal and I only agreed to switch due to this plan

I didn’t get a confirmation of the plan until after the sim card had already been paid for.  I have been going back and forth with a Koodo rep but then the conversation randomly resolved just before scheduling a callback and I also no longer have access to it. 

Can someone please fix this
