We are upgrading our phone and would like to keep the same plan, including the promotional discounts and add-ons we got at the time. It looks like we are being given the option of the same plan without the discount and without the same add-ons available.. Is there a way to keep what we have?

+4Koodo doesn’t really have a set of rules for what people get to keep or lose. Rule of thumb is if your phone upgrade requires a plan upgrade (even if it’s basically a newer version of the same features), you would lose your promotions and add-ons. Since it’s such a highly individual thing though, I suggest you contact Koodo directly through FB or X private message, or schedule a callback. They will be able to look into your specific situation and possibilities.
