Me, my mom and my dad are all under one account, I do not have any data on my phone but my mom has extra. Is there a way to transfer the unused data or share the data between phones?

+4Alas, no. If you are looking into shared family plans, then only the Big Three (Telus, Bell, Rogers) offer that!
