Me, my mom and my dad are all under one account, I do not have any data on my phone but my mom has extra. Is there a way to transfer the unused data or share the data between phones?

Alas, no. If you are looking into shared family plans, then only the Big Three (Telus, Bell, Rogers) offer that!
Or if you want to stay with Koodo you’d have to have your mom take a lower data plan and you some sort of data plan in order to come closer to staying at the same price.
