Internet new plan pending for over a month

My plan still pending change eventhough it said new effective date is a month ago (February 18 2026)

Hi there,

I will flag a rep to take a look. They should be able to get in touch with the right dept to see about pushing through the plan change.

Just make sure you’re logged into the community using your self serve credentials and they should be able to assist. They will respond here as I have. 🙂

Check Self Serve for any holds or approval delays. Try logging out/in on a different browser. If still pending over we can flag a rep here to check backend status. They can verify and push it through. Let us know your exact Self Serve message!
