International calling not enabled / pay-per-use add-on missing

Hi there,

I've had the Long-distance add-on for years and have changed my base plan several times. It was never an issue. After I changed the base plan today, I am no longer able to call international numbers because "International calling is not enabled". From other responses in this forum, it seems like I'm missing the "pay-per-use" add-on for international calls. That's not showing up in my self-serve, so I can't fix it myself. Callbacks can't be scheduled until tomorrow, and I'm relying on this for work.

Please help.
