Incorrect promotion pricing?

I’m trying to order a new phone with a new price plan. It’s being advertised as $50 per month, the promotion seems to be that it’s $10 off per month, but when I go to order my phone with the price plan, I retain the price plan but the price goes back up to $60 per month. Just wondering why that may be.

Edit: Nevermind, I’ve figured it out. I needed to set up auto-payment through Plaid. I’ll just eat the $10/month cost than do that.

Hi there,

If the $10 credit is due to auto pay, that is because the regular plan pricing is in fact $60. Once autopay is successfully setup, a $10 credit gets applied to your bill.

So you end up paying $50 plus taxes per month, however, the actual plan pricing before the credit is $60. This is just how they advertise the “savings” due to the autopay method. If you don’t set it up as you don’t have to, you have to pay the regular plan pricing without the credit.
