I want to know about my plan. how much after the rebate and all other discounts

I moved to koodo mobile yesterday after finding a very good deal on facebook from Mobile Klinic. IT is just 27.50$ with 60GB data, unlimited calling to US-CAN-Mex with calling to some other countries. But i didnt get any email about my plan from the service provider or representative. I bought this plan from Mobile Klinic, Limeridge mall, hamilton. Kindly help me in this regard if anyone had the same experience.

Hi there,

Do you have access to your Koodo self serve? Within there you can actually download your service agreement. This would have been generated when you signed up for the service. 

It will contain a lot of the information you seek. You can find this by following the steps in the article here:

one more confusion, as per service agent i will get 10$ off when i opt for auto payment. Is this correct?

because i cannot see this option in my service agreement

That is correct, provided that you set up pre-authorized payments from your bank account. Otherwise, you will not receive the credit. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/auto-pay-discount

Yup so that is the case with most plans. You should see this in the “Plan feature” portion of the service agreement.

To add autopay, you can do so by following the instructions in the link. Just note the credit usually starts on the next billing cycle and to get the discount it has to be setup with a bank account, not a credit card.
