I switched to Telus - What happens to my streaming bundle?

I recently switched from Koodo to Telus. When I asked the rep at Telus what would happen to my streaming bundle, he said that it would simply stay with Koodo. But now my Koodo is showing that my account has been cancelled. Netflix still works for now. Will I simply need to sign up again, direct from Netflix?

If you cancel your Koodo, you can continue your Stream+ Basic or Premium subscription. I think, you should expect to manage and pay Netflix directly again, using your existing Netflix account and login.

When you cancel the Koodo account, Steam+ still remains however you just lose the bundled discounts.

You should still be able to manage the subscription like you did before, it will just be more expensive than it was previously. If you schedule a call and let them know you have Telus, they may give you the bundled discount back. Besides that, nothing else should change.

You may want to consider canceling your stream+ on Koodo and sign up for Stream+ on the Telus end too.
