I cannot add a perk, an error page shows up

I have a new plan since a couple of days, and I haven't been able to select the free perk, 3-Day Easy Roam International, which appears in the list of available perks for my plan. Whenever I try to choose the perk and hit Next, I reach a technical error page.

I have cleared browser cache, cookies, and tried different browsers. 

I saw similar questions, and most of time, people from Koodo, likely on the backend need to fix something.

Other than waiting for my next billing cycle to try adding the perk again, is there anything else I should try? I would need the Perk applied asap. What is the simplest way to ask Koodo to step in?

Absolutely, you can pick any of the eligible perks to be your one free perk. When changing perks however, the new one will come into effect starting with your next bill cycle. 

We’ve attempted to add the $0 3-Day International Easy Roam perk to your line and we’re getting an error as well. We’ve submitted a request to have our team add the perk on their end.

The perk should be provisioned to your account within 3 business days and will come into effect starting with your next bill cycle, thank you so much for your patience!

Let me flag a rep to look into it. In the meantime, can you try to do it using incognito to see if that can do anything?

Thank you for your help.

I did try using incognito, and I have the same result: an error page shows up with "It looks like you can’t choose a Perk right now."

Hi ​@koodom, do you want to replace your current free Rollover Data perk with the 3 day Easy Roam International perk? Please note, if you’re changing perks, the new one will be available starting with your next bill cycle.

Yes, please. My understanding is that the 3 day Easy Roam International perk is also free with my plan, that is correct?

If it’s in the list of available perks for the plan you have, then yes it is free.
