I have a new plan since a couple of days, and I haven't been able to select the free perk, 3-Day Easy Roam International, which appears in the list of available perks for my plan. Whenever I try to choose the perk and hit Next, I reach a technical error page.
I have cleared browser cache, cookies, and tried different browsers.
I saw similar questions, and most of time, people from Koodo, likely on the backend need to fix something.
Other than waiting for my next billing cycle to try adding the perk again, is there anything else I should try? I would need the Perk applied asap. What is the simplest way to ask Koodo to step in?
