I can't change Manage Perks.

My current Perks are: "One included at no extra charge" / "Unlimited International SMS and MMS,"

but I don't use them at all.
So, I'd like to change it to "Unlimited Long Distance Pack" / "Get unlimited long distance calling to 27 countries, including the US, China, Hong Kong, India, Mexico, Bangladesh, and the UK from anywhere in Canada."

I've tried several times since December of last year, but it hasn't changed.

How do I chage it?

Hi ​@Serena park, we’ve attempted to add the $0 Unlimited Long Distance Pack perk to your line and we’re getting an error as well. We’ve submitted a request to have our team add the perk on their end.

As you’re switching perks, the new one will come into effect starting with your next bill cycle. The perk should be provisioned to your account within 3 business days, thank you so much for your patience!

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and then attempting to change it?  Does an error still appear if you do this?
