How to tell if I am paying for 4G/LTE or 5G?

I have seen advice to check your plan details to see if you have 4G/LTE or 5G support. My plan (pictured below) is quite old and does not state this information. How do I know what I am paying for?

All older plans would be 4G/LTE. You can only get 5G on a (newer) plan that specifically mentions that. That said, there are much better plans around nowadays than yours, so I would highly recommend you wait until Black Friday and upgrade yourself to a killer plan :)
