I have $55 plan for 6GB. I want to downgrade my plan and get a cheaper plan because I don’t need extra data anymore. When I try to change my plan in the website, the options only include plan that has higher cost (55, 60, 65 postpaid plan).
What plan are you wanting to get and do you have a tab currently?

What are the possible lower plans that I can avail? I don’t have a tab.
If you don’t have any tab on your account, then you can switch to one of BYOD or Starter plan.
But, you need to set up a call back to talk to a rep to do it. Make sure you tell them that no charge for plan change since you can’t do this through self serve.
