I need to delete appletv+ which was added to my koodo phone plan free of charge. I am unable to delete this on my end as it is greyed out. I have cancelled my account over a month ago but the subscription remains. This is a real problem as I have moved overseas and the subscription is prevent me from changing my phones country/region and thus I cannot download certain apps that I need in this new country. Help!

If you added Apple TV+ to your Koodo account through Stream+, once you cancel the Koodo account, Stream+ would also be canceled.

Your subscription may automatically renew with the streaming service provider if your previous method of payment is still on your account and up to date. Otherwise, you may have to update your payment information to resume service with the streaming service provider again.

Apple should send you an email notifying that your individual Apple TV+ plan will be resumed and billed by Apple. if that is the case, you’d need to contact Apple https://www.apple.com/ca/apple-tv-plus/

 

Edit: If it is about the free Apple TV+ provided through Apple for device purchase, you’ll still need to deactivate the subscription through Apple.
