How to Add extra Data?

I get 5 GB of free data with my plan and as of yesterday I found out it wasnt enought to get through the whole month. I'm  wondering if anyone can tell me how to add 1 more GB onto my phone. In simple instructions as I am very new to all this. Also do I pay when I get my bill or do I have to pay when I put on with bank card or credit card? I'm in Canada if that makes any difference. Thanks. PB

Or if you are post paid you can change your plan with a plan with more data. When you say yoh get 5gb for free, do you mean you have a plan that comes with 5gb?

 

Also if you are on postpaid you can see your detailed pdf ebill that will say when you bill is due

 

If you have preauthorized withdrawal then it will automatically be taken from your card

Otherwise you need to pay via self serve or telephone or online banking
