New customer, ordered new sim and was told it was shipped Aug 17 now its the 22nd ...how long does it take for new card?

They get shipped via Canada post lettermail so they can take up to 10 business days to arrive depending on your location.
Where do they ship from I’m in the Windsor area. They probably shouldn't include in their email that its 1-2 days…..thanks for your response
It might take 1-2 days or it might take more. That’s very hard to estimate

There may be issues on Canada Post’s end, which is resulting in the delay. Given that it is sent without a tracking number, the Koodo reps are unable to tell you where it is currently located. I would suggest you to wait a day or two more for your SIM card to arrive.
