Where do they ship from I’m in the Windsor area. They probably shouldn't include in their email that its 1-2 days…..thanks for your response
There may be issues on Canada Post’s end, which is resulting in the delay. Given that it is sent without a tracking number, the Koodo reps are unable to tell you where it is currently located. I would suggest you to wait a day or two more for your SIM card to arrive.
