Hi there - there's a new plan that I'm looking to switch to.  I have a very specific add-on for long distance that includes Australia.  The new perk doesn't include it and I need to be able to call there.  How can I ensure I dont lose this add-on?

Are you paying for this add-on? 


How did you get that addon? Was it a special addon given by a rep? As well, you can try testing to change your plan in selfserve to see if the addon stays

Generally, if the addon was part of  the old plan, you would lose it when changing plan


@VTECMAN123 I see you realized Australia is one of the countries included as part of the long distance ‘Perk’ for the plan you picked. Enjoy! 


Sorry for the late reply. Yes- I noticed the new perk had the country I needed (australia)
