how can I get them to call me back in some kind of reasonable time - like TODAY ANY TIME - they are open

What do you need help with?


I need them to phone me, I have 7 Koodo lines, 4 monthly and 3 prepaid, and only need to actually speak to someone about every 12-18 months on average for 5 mins or less, I don’t feel that is too much to ask.  I am looking for help to get the Customer Service Reps to call me back


The only option is to schedule a callback using the digital assistant. They have a backlog right now so it might be a few days before you can get your callback, that is why the option is open for you to use this community. We can flag a rep for you if needed.
