I am an existing customer and would like to participate in this plan but it appears we loyal customers are locked out in Mobile Services → Change Plan. Only new customers. I prefer not to leave Koodo and there is a Bell or Rogers “BYOD Max Canada US Mexico Roaming 175GB” plans for $40 a month vs $55 etc without Canada US Mexico Roaming.
Do I need to speak to the loyalty department? Koodo is not being kind to loyal customers.

You can try reaching out to koodo's expert messaging team to talk to their loyalty dept to see if they have anything else for you before you consider leaving. This can be done through the chat bot on koodo assist.
Dennis is correct, what you see is only availble to new customers or existing ones who upgrade. However, It doesnt hurt to send them a message and ask to see if they have anyrhing for you. 🙂

You should be able to sign up with the new plans under the flash sale if you upgrade your device on a tab
Let me clarify. The Flash sale plans are available for new activations and current customers who upgrade their device on a tab
