How do I get a call back? I change my plan from 15 Gb to 20gb but it only gave me an additional 2gb instead of 5gb. I can't get pass the chat to get a call back.

Your data is prorated until your next billing cycle. Nothing to be worried about 😊

That's not what has happened in the past. Last time I changed it from 10 to 15 part way through the month and got the full 5 Gb until the end of the billing cycle.

When was last time? They started prorating data in April, 2019.

@Erin Peters Data proration was introduced years ago (as per Timo above) to prevent gaming, having access to more data than what was paid for.
