got mobile plan, and self serve added home internet need urgent correction

I need urgent help with my Koodo setup before installation happens and before I get charged more fees. My mobile plan isn’t set up correctly and I need to fix it now.

I chose the $60 plan, but I’m being charged $80 and I don’t know what the extra fees are for. I need to know what was added and how to remove anything I don’t need before more charges show up.

My usage is simple: light streaming, games like Solitaire and Bingo, Facebook, and managing my website/domain through GoDaddy. I’m mostly at home and don’t use heavy data.

My tablet was stolen recently, my newer laptop is broken, and I’m using an older one I upgraded just to stay online. I can manage a monthly plan, but I can’t buy a device upfront.

I need guidance on:
- fixing the $80 charge  
- choosing the right plan for my actual usage  
- whether my mobile plan can cover what I need without extra services  

Any help before installation and more fees would be appreciated.

So you got a mobile plan from Walmart. Are you looking to add home internet service?

If so you can see the home internet options here. Just make sure you are logged in to your self serve account.

Kindly appreciate your prompt response. Ive edited my post hoping it describes my overall issues and get bundle or add on and subscriptions. Maybe can get better offer

We have looked into it and we can confirm that you are on a $60 plan, however there is also a $80 connection fee, we recommend downloading the service agreement in self serve for more details.

Regarding the Internet plan, we  see that you signed up for it. Are you looking for assistance with the internet plan too?

This is hard to say. 

You will need to check your previous account's usage history to find out how much data you would use. 

 

 

- whether my mobile plan can cover what I need without extra services  

 

It depends on how much data you need. Based on your explanation it is hard to tell.
