getting new koodo acount card after switching from telus

how long does it take to receive the new account number from Koodo in order to load our SIM card on 

I set up everything with telus over the phone with a rep a week ago and we received our SIM cards and called Koodo and they said we needed a Koodo account number so just wondering how long that takes to come

You should have received an activation email to complete the registration for your self serve account using the steps here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/registering-self-serve

hi...No I didnt and I have checked the junk, trash, texting info. …..nothing

so what you are saying is that I need to register for self serve account in order to get the account number and then I can implement my SIM cards that we received in the last few days?

You should have received a Customer Service Agreement in your email inbox once you have ordered your plans. The document will provide the account number, allowing you to register your Self-Serve account. The SIM cards will be activated by the time you receive them.

and who do I call if I dont receive the email in the next week>??????  Telus said they dont have any info on the account I am supposed to get
