I am very frustrated with Koodo communication ---->>> I was communicating with representative (only texting is allowed on Koodo, no phone calls) from Nov. 26th till Dec. 1st, when all conversation "disappeared". Since then, I am trying to connect, few times a day --->>> no success - always message, that something goes wrong and TRY AGAIN!
Does Koodo care for customers? Do some representative call me back and solve the problem?
