Frustrating with KOODO communication / customer service

I am very frustrated with Koodo communication ---->>> I was communicating with representative (only texting is allowed on Koodo, no phone calls) from Nov. 26th till Dec. 1st, when all conversation "disappeared". Since then, I am trying to connect, few times a day --->>> no success - always message, that something goes wrong and TRY AGAIN! 

Does Koodo care for customers? Do some representative call me back and solve the problem?

Koodo reps do not call customers back proactively; callback requests must be scheduled via Koodo Assist chat bot on their website. If you can’t connect through chat or get errors like “something goes wrong,” it usually indicates system issues with chat support. Unfortunately, texting is Koodo’s main support channel, and there is no direct phone line for outgoing customer calls. Trying Koodo Assist again or using social media might be your only new option.

All understand. Frustrating is the fact, that it is 5 days since all communication is gone and I am trying to connect again few times a day fo 5 days.

I was negotiating and finalizing customizes plan (calls, text, data, price) for my two numbers on one account. The plan + details are not available online.

Unfortunately the community won't be able to help you regarding negotiating your plan and pricing. 

I highly suggest requesting a callback via koodo assist and ask to speak with a sales team.

From the description, which number did you send the SMS to?

Was it a number for the Reddit team? If so, that channel is different from the regular customer service center, and you’ll need to follow up with them directly.

Also, the promotion period may already have ended.

It sounds like you are going through Koodo assist's private messaging feature. It's new so if your entire conversation has been wiped I would not go through that again. 

Hopefully the rep above can hook you up with a sales person.

I connected through Koodo assist from Koodo web, and cannot re-connect in last 5 days.
