if you’re talking about the Unlimited international SMS perk on a pick your perk plan then yes, you can send both pictures and text messaging and not be charged as long as you’re in Canada. An SMS message is your standard text message below 160 characters and MMS is a text that includes a picture file or is above the 160 character limit. Both are included and outlined here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/pickyourperk. keep in mind if you’re an iPhone user that if you try to use iMessage, this is a feature through data/WIFI so you would not need the perk to do this as long as you’re connected via data or WIFI and using iMessage to another iPhone user.
