Forced to pick a phone while changing plan

When I login into Koodo → Shop → Plans, All the plans it shows is forcing me to buy a phone. I don't see any plans with the option to Bring my own phone.  Also last month by plan amount changed from $45 to $49 and after that I am not able to switch plans without buying a phone. Is this normal?

Hi there,

if you’re just looking to change your rate plan, you’re actually following the wrong steps. You have to change it in your self serve account. If you follow the steps here you should be good https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/changing-your-rate-plan

just be mindful that if you do, you will be charged a proration fee on your next monthly bill. More on that can be found here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/proration
