Why am I waiting over an hour with no answer to cancel my service?

 

When I finally get a hold of someone they tell me they have to transfer me to the right team but no one picks up.

 

Cancel my fucking account. NOW.

I would recommend you keep your language civil. This is a public forum.

Are you trying to cancel an internet service? Let us know, a rep can request cancellation over the forum as well?
