I have someone coming from Europe with an iphone 14

I want to get them a prepaid Koodo account and a Canadian phone number.

I cannot figure out how to do it  online.  Is it possible  ?

Thank You, Rob

It is possible to do it. You have to purchase a prepaid SIM card first on the Telus website or your nearest Koodo store or authorized dealer. Make sure their phone is not locked to a carrier.

Once that is complete, you can initiate the process, choose a plan, and make a payment to activate their prepaid account. https://activateprepaid.koodomobile.com/en/on/prepaid/koodo/consumer/activation

If you cannot go to your nearest Koodo store, it would be best for you to order it from the Telus website. https://www.telus.com/en/mobility/accessories/product/koodo-tri-cut-sim

An iPhone 14 should be able to use esim. PUBLIC Mobile (also owned by Telus) has online esim activation so you can completely skip the store
