trying to add EU14PASS to my account and keeps saying invalid key word???

Hi there,

This has been a common issue over the last few days. You can either have a rep through Koodo’s expert messaging via Koodo assist add the pass for you or I can flag a rep on this platform to see if they can add the pass.
