error changing rate plan

Trying to change my plan to the $50 80gb of data plan n it keeps giving me an error saying I can’t choose perk rn. Tried doing it without picking one n it says the same thing. Id like it to be paired with the rollover data perk please

You’re definitely not the only one hitting that perk selection error when trying to change plans; lots of folks are stuck at the same spot, even when they skip picking a perk or try a different one. Super frustrating!

Quick things to try:

- Log out, clear your browser cookies, then log back in and try again.

- Switch browsers, or use incognito/private mode (sometimes a different device helps too).

If you already tried all that and it’s still broken, hang tight—Koodo’s self-serve sometimes just glitches for certain plans/perks, especially with perks like rollover data. 

Just to double-check: Are you sure the $50/80GB plan includes the rollover data perk? Sometimes not all plans support every perk.
