Easy Roam Travel Pass US7PASS Not Working

Yes I would like to have the 7 day U.S. Travel Pass added immediately. I am arriving in the U.S. on Wed Feb 4th. I will actually be in the U.S. for 14 days. Do I have to add another 7 day pass once the first 7 days are used up?

Ok ​@Helen Parker, the $40 US 7 day Easy Roam Travel Pass has been added to your account, you should receive a confirmation email as well.

On the last day of the pass, you can remove it via your self serve account, here is a guide to managing your add-ons. Once it’s been removed, you can text the US7PASS keyword to 7626 to add it again, we're hoping the issue will be resolved at that time.
