Easy Roam Travel Pass US7PASS Not Working

I am trying to add the USA 7 day travel pass so I text US7PASS to 7626 but I get the return message “You have sent an invalid keyword” thought it was my phone so I also tried doing it on my wife’s phone and got the same message.  Anybody know the reason why?  TIA

Hi there,

Seems others are having a similar issue atm. Do you happen to have the 3 Day Easy Roam US perk as your perk of choice? As if you do this will conflict with the pass as they cannot be stacked together.

You can check which perk you have in self-serve by going under “My Services” and then click the “My Add-Ons tab”.

Interesting. Are either of you able to add the pass through self-serve under “Manage Profile” and “Travel with Easy Roam”? If not I will flag a rep on here to take a look. The text should be all you need to do.

To confirm as well ​@sally.krigstin are you also attempting to add the US pass or a different one? I noticed others are having the same problem with the Caribean Mexico option.

I can add the regular Easy Roam which is $16 per day but I cannot add the Travel Pass which is a flat $40 for the week

ok, thanks for checking was worth a shot.

In that case I’ll flag a rep to see what’s going on and if they can add the pass for you. Just make sure you’re logged into the community using your self serve credentials and they can take a look / can hopefully provide more information if there is an issue with the text option. 🙂

I’m actually trying to get it added to my wife’s phone as she is the one on her way to the States.  She was trying from 3:00 am mst up until her plane pulled away from the terminal. I also have a message into the chat option but they don’t open until 9:00 am

hmm ok, is she on your account or on her own?

If it is your account, please confirm the last 2 digits of her phone number so that they can look into it.

If she has her own account, then she will need to post a response here after signing into the community using her self serve credentials.

Thanks for responding! I have flagged a rep on this platform to help / look into the problem. As you signed in and replied if they’re able to add it on their end, they can give it a go, we just have to wait for a response.

The response times from reps on here can vary but they usually don’t take too long. 😎

UPDATE: Our team is still working on this, no ETA yet. In the meantime, if it’s urgent, we can manually add the pass for you.

I am leaving tomorrow am for the Caribbean and cannot add the CARPASS7 to my account. Can you please help with this?
